Biceps are the muscles on the front of the upper arm. They are responsible for flexing the elbow joint. Bicep Curls are one of the major exercises to train bicep curls.


Curls: Similar to barbell curls, but offer more freedom of movement. Sit or stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows tucked into your sides. Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.

Bicep curls can help to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and reduce the risk of shoulder injuries.
