You will spend your whole life in your body therefore i believe it's very important to have a basic understanding and level of knowledge on your body, including its functions and how to improve it.
Regardless of what age, gender, race, colour, religion, sexuality, beliefs or whatever behavioral individual patterns you may or may not have, there are many FACTS that apply to all of us regarding the human bodies health and fitness levels.
As a Personal Trainer over the past 15 years I have read and studied hundreds of books, articles and studies based on the human body and through working as a Personal Trainer I implemented some of these facts into clients training programs and diets to bring improvement to my clients health and fitness.
With the growth of the internet over the past few years the perception of what the human body should look like and the amount of free information available via the internet has increased massively.
I believe this to be a good thing but I also believe it to be over confusing to many.
I was speaking to a family friend the other day who said they was struggling with what to eat and had just started going to the gym.
I replied "There is a tonne of information on the internet"
He replied "Yes there is too much information I don't have a clue which information is right, if any of the information is wrong and where to start"
This got me thinking so I googled "How To Lose Weight" google had replied with 384,000,000 results (within 0.77 seconds).
Now that's a lot of results and the simple truth is, google does not reply with the most correct information first.
It results come in order of a number of things which matter to google's search engine coding such as a website's coding, key words, paid for promotions/advertisements, your location of search, and many other pieces of data its has gathered from you over the years from many devices you have used over the years.
Meaning if i made the best looking website, paid to advertise it but uploaded incorrect information it could lead to you reading it.
So my aim is simple, to be personally responsible for uploading as much "accurate, fact based information" on how to improve your health and fitness including losing weight (fat), gaining weight (muscle), improving your health, improving your fitness.
I will be uploading written, photo, video and audio posts on a daily basis via my website and across my social media platforms.
If you have any questions you would like answering please feel free to get in touch.
Thanks
