SYLO was created as a Brand/Business/Movement by Jason "Coach" Tate. SYLO is an acronym for "Sort Your Life Out".
"Sort Your Life Out" was a quote used by Jason "Coach" Tate a lot during his years as a Personal Trainer / Gym owner. The majority of the time the quote was used as joke when someone did something small wrong, for example a client turning up 10 minutes late or forgetting their water bottle.
When discussing with a client about a name for a new business Jason wanted to create, his client replied "Sort Your Life Out" and SYLO was created on the spot.
